The Vitiligo Society, the UK’s longest running charity dedicated to raising awareness and supporting those with Vitiligo, will be hosting their annual open day on Saturday 1st December 2018.

This is the 14th year in which the Vitiligo Society has hosted its annual event in London and like previous years, they have the pleasure of welcoming a great lineup of speakers, including a clinical psychologist, a world renowned photographer, a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Nottingham who specialises in Vitiligo, the authors of a soon to be released Children’s Vitiligo booklet series and an inspiring speaker panel of Vitiligo ambassadors who have had much visibility across the media. They also have the pleasure of introducing Lee Thomas, the Emmy award winning entertainment reporter at WJBK Fox 2 News in Michigan and the author of the autobiography, Turning White.

The event, which invites both members of the Society and non-members, will take place at The Amba Hotel in Charing Cross, London and will allow the opportunity to network, interact and hear updates from a number of medical and health related professionals within the Vitiligo community.
